  1. 线性探测解决hash冲突
  2. 超过默认长度(16)的2/3时rehash减少hash冲突,扩容一倍
  3. threadlocal作为key保存在entry中时是WeakReference,在被回收时清除记录,因此需要外部定义TheadLocal实例的地方配置为static,否则在外部回收threadlocal时,threadlocalmap中的entry也会被清理掉
  4. lazy模式,只有添加第一个 元素时才通过createMap创建ThreadLocalMap
